Working in Affordable Private Schools we have seen girls from low-income communities filled with incredible determination, charisma, and passion, but whose futures are limited due to traditional gender roles.
It is our mission as VOICE to increase the independence of girls in developing countries by enabling them to recognize and act upon their personal and social value.
Camp VOICE creates a network of strong, supportive women by bringing together girls in 7th-10th grade, female school teachers, young, aspiring women from the community, women in the work force, and girl-centered resources.
In order to facilitate sustainability, scale, and local inputs VOICE is in the process of adopting a licensing business model, where local organizations will become licensees of VOICE and thereby be the implementation mechanisms of camps.
